大澳啤 TAI O BEER - SAMPAN SOUR FEAT. YUEN ZEN THEATRE

A beer that provide the flavor of salty and soury at the same time. perfect for summer. Try pairing it with spicy dishes or seafood, and it will definitely surprise you.
Tai O was a place filled with Salt Pan back in the middle period (~1740), and the salt pan business was fade away around the 50s (~1950). To bring back the old times Tai O and mix it up with our new sour beer, we created Sampan Sour.
《彼岸之前 – 蜉蝣版》a Play reading show collab with Yuen Zen Theatre will be held on 5th- 6th Nov at Cafe Solo in Tai O. A story about the journey of a group of six, escaping from a totalitarian state on a Sampan. The Audience will be given the Tai O Sampan Sour, and may enjoy the show while they also enjoy our beer.
