▸ 街坊團購流程 Neighborhood Group Purchase Process 

  • 在截單日前於網上付款，並留意電郵或短訊確認訂單
    Make online payment before the deadline and check your email or text message to confirm the order.

  • 在確認訂單三日內完成付款 ，付款詳情見下段

    Complete the payment within three days of confirming the order. Payment details can be found on another paragraph.

  • 請留意團購之到貨日期，並於十四日內於西多營業時間到店取貨

    Please note the delivery dates and pick up the goods in-store within fourteen days during Sai Kung Store's business hours.

▸ 八達通 Octopus

請在確認訂單後於三天內電郵（saikungstore@gmail.com）或Signal / Whatsapp (+852 70720197 )通知店長領取八達通二維碼QR code，並在24小時內完成付款，並將入數證明連同單號通知店長。

Please email (saikungstore@gmail.com) or notify Sai Kung Store via Signal/WhatsApp (+852 70720197) to receive the Octopus Card QR code and complete the payment within 24 hours. Send the proof of payment along with the order number to Sai Kung Store.

 ▸ 到店付款 Payment Upon Pickup

以現金、八達通卡，或購物滿200元以上以信用卡付款
Cash, Octopus Card, or credit card (for purchases over HKD 200) are accepted.

▸  退 款 及 換 貨 政 策 Refund and Exchange Policy 

  • 為保障貨品的食用和品質安全，所有食物及飲品除收貨日發現產品質量出現問題外，西多不接受任何退貨要求。神期食品一律不接受退款及換貨。
    To ensure the safety and quality of food and beverages, Sai Kung Store does not accept any return requests except for product quality issues discovered on the day of receipt. Expired-food-Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • 其他貨物如懷疑貨品質量存在問題，請拍下照片並於購買或收貨後 7 日內電郵或電訊通知，我們將會因應實際情況作出回應。如顧客逾時提出申請，或未能提供有關照片，恕西多無法處理有關問題。已註明為瑕疵品的貨物一律不接受退款及換貨。
    For other goods, if you suspect that the product quality is questionable, please take a photo and email or notify us by text within 7 days after purchase or receipt. We will respond according to the actual situation. If the customer fails to make a claim within the specified time period or is unable to provide relevant photos, Sai Kung Store cannot process the issue. Goods that are marked as defective cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • 團購取貨時，請務必與店長短當面點算驗明所訂貨品種類和數量，並檢查貨品確定完好無缺，如果發現包裝受損，請即場提出，我們將會安排更換。如顧客放棄當面點算或檢查的權利，西多有權拒絕處理退貨、退款事宜。
    When picking up goods for a group purchase, please check the variety and quantity of the ordered goods with the Sai Kung Store and inspect the goods to ensure they are intact. If the packaging is damaged, please report it on the spot, and we will arrange for a replacement. Sai Kung Store reserves the right to refuse to process any return or refund if the customer waives the right to check or inspect the goods.
